BADGES
Your badge will appear exactly how you enter your name when you register, so please make sure your information is correct before September 21. Badges can be picked up at the registration area at the Phoenix Convention Center on show day, September 29, 2010.
 
SUBSTITUTIONS
You may substitute registrants prior to the convention until September 21, 2010. After this date, all substitutions must occur onsite at the registration desk.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Special Events cancellations must be in writing and must be received by September 14, 2010. There will be no refunds whatsoever for cancellations made after September 14.
