HBACA memberships are COMPANY MEMBERSHIPS.  Each COMPANY can only be registered once as a member company in our system, however, employees who work for that company can register as INDIVIDUALS.


INSTRUCTIONS
If you are registering your company for the first time, select the "Builder / Developer / Remodeler" or "Associate" option below, depending on your membership type. 

If your company is already an HBACA member and you are an owner or employee who wishes to have access to the Members Only section of the site in order to sign up for classes and events or take advantage of other useful tools exclusively for members, then select the "Owner or Employee of Member Company" option below.


If you are joining the HBACA today, you can opt to receive the NewsBuilder, the HBACA's weekly newsletter. NewsBuilder will keep you informed of the Association's efforts and activities related to legislative and regulatory matters, membership events, educational courses, the HBACA PAC (Political Action Committee) and Home Builders Care (the charitable arm of the HBACA). In addition, you will very soon receive the HBACA Builder & Associates Services Directory.

Owner or Employee of Member Company
    

Register here for owners and employees of HBACA member companies who want to log on and use the HBACA website. Your registration will take up to 1 business day to process.
Builder/Developer/Remodeler
    

Any entity whose principal activity is the building or remodeling housing units, subdividing, or developing property, and who is licensed (if required) to engage in such activities.

Yearly Investment = $750

Plus Assessments:

Single Family Builder:
$50 per unit - up to $250,000 sales price
$115 per unit - $251,000 - $500,000 sales price
$215 per unit - over $501,000 sales price

Apartment Builder - $10 per unit

Lot Developer - $10 per improved lot

Assessments are due on closings and are capped at 1000 units per calendar year or $50,000, whichever comes first. Members will be billed monthly or may choose to pay directly through their title company. Please call the HBACA for escrow instructions.
Associate
     Any entity engaged as a supplier, subcontractor, consultant or professional related to the home building industry.
