Builders, developers, architects and engineers have an opportunity to discuss issues with city staff on issues related to building and development. Subjects include: design review, site plan review, ordinance proposals, code and fee changes and inspection processes. It is a great opportunity for advance notification of policy changes and to build relationships with city staff.

A forum for builders to discuss market trends, issues, and challenges facing the specific needs of the sales managers. Also involved in the continued development and promotion of the Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence Awards (MAME) Awards.

Builders in-house attorneys meet to discuss legal issues, cases and legislation affecting the homebuilding industry. Arizona legal continuing education credits are issued when appropriate.

This quarterly meeting covers a broad scope of topics concerning land development in both short and long-term scopes. Land usage, cost, planning, water supply, and legislative issues from local, county and federal levels are all covered.
