If you are trying to register for a members-only event and the option is grayed out, please ensure you have been added to your company's active membership. You can easily create an employee account here.
Have you set up an employee account under your company membership? If not, set one up here.
Once you have an employee account, follow these steps to ensure you're receiving emails from admin@hbaca.org in Outlook:
- Check your spam folder:
- Open Outlook and look for the "Junk Email" or "Spam" folder.
- If you find emails from admin@hbaca.org there, mark them as "Not Junk" to move them to your inbox.
- Add admin@hbaca.org to your safe senders list:
- In Outlook, go to Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings.
- Click on "Junk email" in the left sidebar.
- Under "Safe senders and domains," add admin@hbaca.org.
- Create a rule to ensure delivery:
- Right-click on an email from admin@hbaca.org (if you have one).
- Select "Create Rule" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose "Always move messages from admin@hbaca.org" and select your inbox as the destination folder.
- Check your email filters:
- Review any existing email filters to ensure they're not accidentally moving or deleting emails from admin@hbaca.org.
- Contact your IT support:

If you have any outstanding membership dues, event registrations, or other open invoices, the main contact for your company can access and pay them through the HBACA InfoHub.

Builder, Developer or Remodeler Membership: This category is for entities whose principal activities include building, remodeling, owning, subdividing, or developing property. The annual dues are $900 plus any applicable assessments.
Associate Membership: This membership is for suppliers, trade contractors, consultants, or other professionals related to the home building industry. Associate dues range from $1,000 to $3,000 per year, based on the number of employees in Maricopa, Pinal, and Yavapai counties who work in the home building industry.
Our regularly scheduled events are open only to our members. However, our staff would be happy to meet with you as a potential member to discuss the benefits of joining the Association.
Affiliate membership allows employees of HBACA Builder or Associate member companies to access NAHB member benefits at a reduced individual rate. As an Affiliate, you'll receive the same NAHB resources as your employer's full membership, including education, industry data, advocacy updates, and exclusive discounts. The annual Affiliate membership dues are $99 - a fraction of the full company membership.
