Southwest Builders Show

The Southwest Builders Show (SWBS) celebrates everything great about residential construction. The vast array of innovative products, features and services that keep new homes on the cutting edge of design, energy efficiency, and technology is impressive.

In addition to the exhibit hall, the Show has events taking place throughout the day. Among these are the Purchasing Agents, Suppliers & Subcontractors (P.A.S.S.) Breakfast – an exclusive business development event for HBACA members. At noon is the HBACA’s biggest speaker program of the year – the annual Forecast Luncheon.

Taking place annually in Ocotber, the Southwest Builders Show is Arizona’s largest business-to-business expo for the home building community. It is the perfect place to build professional relationships, see new products and services, and hear what’s forecast for the housing market. As the only expo sponsored by the HBACA, this is a must-attend event for all industry professionals!
